Job summary

Signature Performance is seeking a ClaimsXM Technical Writer for a remote, nationwide role. You will gather, analyze, and translate complex information into user-friendly documentation, acting as a bridge between SMEs and front-end users.

Responsibilities include researching with various stakeholders, writing and editing IT governance materials, and maintaining annual updates. Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of technical writing and training experience in a fast-paced IT organization.
• Experience working directly with technical and operational team members.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn new processes, software, hardware and technical concepts quickly.
• Analytical mindset to digest large data and extract relevant information.
• Time management to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to tailor content to readers' technical proficiency and tone.
• Familiarity with the 7 C's of Technical Writing.
• Proficiency with documentation software.

Responsibilities

• Research and分析 collaborate with operational users, technical staff, and clients to gather accurate technical information for documentation.
• Review details from sources to decide what to include in materials.
• Write, edit, format, and design information using diagrams, charts, etc. for various audiences.
• Create, write, format, and maintain IT governance documents including policies, procedures, SOPs, etc.
• Test and redesign content for consistency, accuracy, and comprehension with user testing.
• Maintain yearly reviews and updates on all IT governance documentation.
• Communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, to convey complex ideas simply.
• Engage in public speaking, formal presentations, and training as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned.
