Team Carney, Inc. is seeking a skilled writer/editor who can translate complex scientific, medical, and IT concepts into clear, user-friendly language.

You will write and edit project deliverables, user guides, video scripts, and marketing assets to publication-ready standards. The role supports remote work with periodic on-site presence in Silver Spring, MD, and requires the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Education: at least an Associate Degree in English, Technical Writing, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years experience of professional writing/editing with technical material.
• Technical: Mastery of word processing, spreadsheets, graphics, and publishing tools.
• Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust suitability clearance.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex scientific, medical, and IT concepts into clear, accessible language for end users.
