Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Technical Writing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of professional technical writing and editing experience.
- 3+ years of dedicated technical editing experience supporting federal or enterprise communications, web content, and technical documentation projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical editing and content refinement across communications, web content, and technical resources for our federal client program.
- Review, edit, and rewrite technical materials to ensure compliance with plain language standards, active voice, and consistent formatting.
- Adapt tone and style to suit various target audiences and sensitivity levels for clear communication of complex technical information.
- Organize and structure technical resources and program communications into clean, accessible formats.
