Job summary

Spektra Systems, through its Saasify platform, is seeking a technical writer to build API references, integration guides, and end-to-end user journeys for ISVs, partners, and internal teams. This remote, 6-month contract may convert to part-time/FTE based on remaining scope at contract end.

You will work directly with engineering to verify accuracy, document how the product actually works, and replace an outdated FAQ with structured, self-serve content that stays current as modules evolve.

Qualifications

• Proven experience writing technical/API documentation for a B2B SaaS product.
• Comfortable reading API specs and verifying with engineering.
• Experience documenting integration-heavy or workflow-heavy products.

Responsibilities

• Document API references, integration guides, and end-to-end user journeys for core workflows.
• Maintain structured FAQ and self-serve reference content.
• Ensure documentation stays accurate as Funding, Co-sell, and Marketplace modules evolve.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to verify details and remove ambiguity.
