Octopush is seeking a Technical Writer to join remotely and produce high-quality documentation for our developer platforms. You will collaborate across teams to understand platform details, craft clear API docs, and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality documentation and educational materials to support our platforms.
• Manage all aspects of platform documentation.
• Work with internal teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the platforms and documentation requirements.
• Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help, and developer guides.
• Write and distribute release notes to clients.
• Maintain a continuous connection with the Client Success team, including regular instructional sessions on upcoming features.
• Work closely with the Product Marketing and Marketing teams to coordinate efforts and maintain a shared style guide.
• Stay proficient in competing products and keep company employees updated with industry-related knowledge.
• Develop and maintain training materials and support-related documentation.
• Create and maintain the documentation structure and publishing process.
• Develop engaging content targeted at the developer community.
