You will overhaul docs for clarity, build API documentation, and create user guides, FAQs, and training materials. Collaboration with engineering and support is essential, with version-controlled document repositories and ongoing feedback incorporation.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of technical documentation that is accessible and actionable.
• Excellent written English with strong editing skills.
• Ability to document API features clearly for diverse users.
• Experience with SaaS documentation is a plus.
• Ability to work remotely and meet deadlines.
• Strong eye for detail and ability to simplify complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Overhaul existing software docs for clarity, conciseness, and accuracy.
• Create new documentation for API releases and features.
• Produce user guides, tutorials, FAQs to reduce support tickets.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and support to collect info.
• Maintain documentation repository with version control.
• Incorporate user feedback to improve docs continuously.
