LG Energy Solution Vertech, Inc. is seeking a Contract Training & Development Coordinator to manage administration, scheduling, documentation, and reporting of non-HR technical training programs.

The role serves as the central point for onboarding support and training program coordination across divisions. The ideal candidate will maintain auditable records, ensure compliance, and collaborate with department leaders to implement new programs.

Qualificações

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, HR, Organizational Development, Engineering Technology or Construction Management.
• 3+ years of experience in training coordination, learning administration, project coordination, operations support, or a related role.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Experience maintaining databases, tracking systems, and compliance documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding and training programs for new hires and external partners.
• Schedule and track technical training sessions and document completion.
• Maintain training records and auditable documentation for compliance.
• Generate training compliance and completion reports for leadership.
• Develop and maintain standardized training processes and documentation.
• Coordinate training calendars and resources across multiple departments.
