This remote role focuses on delivering instructor-led sessions, onboarding, certifications, and train-the-trainer activities to boost workforce readiness. You will create and update training materials, coordinate schedules, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize content and improve learning experiences across time zones.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering virtual instructor-led training and facilitating adult learning programs.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, coaching, and virtual classroom management skills.
• Ability to assess learner performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Experience with training tools such as Zoom, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and LMS platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging virtual instructor-led training (vILT) sessions to diverse adult learners.
• Support onboarding, certification, and train-the-trainer programs to enhance workforce readiness.
• Create, update, and evaluate training materials, assessments, and learner evaluations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize training content and improve learning experiences.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and learner communications to ensure successful program delivery.
