Job summary

Salute Mission Critical LLC. is seeking a Training Specialist to support employee development in a fully remote capacity.

This full-time role will organize and deliver training programs, conduct needs assessments, and manage training logistics for new hires. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3-5 years in training coordination or onboarding, and hands-on experience with LMS and Excel to track cohorts and deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in training coordination or onboarding program management.
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and new hire tracking systems.
• Proficiency in Excel and strong organizational skills to manage multiple new hire cohorts.
• Ability to communicate effectively with new hires, trainers, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Organize and deliver training programs while tracking new hire progress and completion
• Facilitate weekly check-ins and communication with new hires and stakeholders regarding training expectations and progress
• Identify opportunities for program improvement and streamline training processes as needed
