Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance or healthcare industry.
• 2+ years lead or supervisory experience.
• Bilingual in Vietnamese, Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to lead, teach, and collaborate with others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound call center teams and proactive member outreach.
• Monitor agent performance and queue productivity.
• Draft coaching plans and performance reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security compliance.
