Qualifications

• Five years of experience in product development, product management, technology or systems administration, computer science, and/or technical project management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or four additional years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering cloud-based contact center platforms, with Amazon Connect a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the CA Bridge Connect technical resource and primary accountability for all tools and systems.
• Oversee roadmapping, development, testing, and deployment of features and integrations with contractors.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and scope for technical initiatives.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee external technical teams.
• Ensure security, privacy, and regulatory compliance for handling sensitive information.
