Job summary

• 10+ years of systems engineering, cloud engineering, or integration roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and deployment of Amazon Connect-based contact center solutions for healthcare operations.
• Develop call routing, IVR, and greeting messaging; manage queues and hours of operation.
• Integrate with Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, and CloudWatch; implement serverless automations.
