Job summary

Technical Support Specialist at cleanwater1, Vineland, NJ, will troubleshoot and support customers on our product lines, primarily remotely with on-site support as needed. Qualifications

• Three or more years' experience working on electromechanical equipment.
• Experience reading construction drawings, P&IDs, electrical one lines, etc.
• Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal and external technical support for cleanwater1 product lines.
• Maintain Salesforce service cases by updating records and documenting activities.
• Develop troubleshooting strategies to improve efficiency and quality of technical support services.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, and field services to ensure successful installations and start-ups.
• Travel to customer sites for training or complex jobs.
