Air Products is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative for the Equipment Support Team. You will provide remote technical assistance to customers, drivers, Sales, and Engineering across North America, supporting a range of industrial gas equipment and technologies.

The role requires overnight hours with four 10-hour shifts (Thu–Sun) and up to 5% travel. You will document issues in SAP, coordinate service requests, and communicate status to customers and colleagues in a professional,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Experience in technical, mechanical, or troubleshooting roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support to customers and internal teams.
• Support safe, reliable operation of customer equipment and systems.
• Evaluate issues, determine urgency, coordinate response.
• Troubleshoot equipment and process issues by phone using resources and data.
• Document issues in SAP and other systems.
• Coordinate service requests to ensure completion.
