Job summary

Life Fitness / Hammer Strength seeks a Technical Customer Support Associate to join the Customer Service and Support team. You will respond to inbound calls and emails, assist with parts orders, warranties, and service requests, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining high standards of ethics and service.

This 100% remote role serves domestic and international customers, requires problem solving, familiarity with Oracle, and a proactive, detail‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years related experience in customer service and/or call center with external customers preferred.
• Technical experience in repairs and/or help-desk support for electro‑mechanical equipment preferred.
• Familiarity with fitness equipment and parts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer contacts via phone, email, and fax, maintaining service levels.
• Explain policies on warranties, returns, and parts credits to customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Process parts orders and returns; monitor order status and backorders.
• Provide general technical assistance and guide customers through solutions.
