Job summary

Uniguest in the United States is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative to provide expert assistance in a 24/7/365 environment, troubleshooting Windows PCs, networking, and Uniguest software while guiding customers to solutions with patience and confidence.

You'll work with a collaborative team, deliver friendly support via phone and remote tools, and grow your technical expertise in a fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs and hardware issues.
• Working knowledge of networking concepts including routers, switches and IP addressing.
• Strong verbal and written communication; explain technical concepts clearly.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Self-motivated to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Curiosity for technology and willingness to learn new products and systems.
• Experience using Salesforce, ticketing systems, remote support tools, SharePoint and MS Office.
• Linux experience is a plus but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP preferred.
• Proficiency supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft Office and Adobe Reader.
