Job summary
Koolbridge Energy is seeking a customer-focused Technical Support Specialist to assist installers and electrical contractors with installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of the Smart Load Center (SLC). You will also help homeowners with the SLC app and daily operation by phone, email and video, with thorough training provided.

Qualifications
- Understanding of residential electrical systems; ability to read wiring diagrams and installation manuals.
- Safety-first troubleshooting and clear communication with electricians and homeowners.
- Comfort with computers, mobile apps and support software.
Responsibilities
- Support installers with SLC installation, wiring, configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot integration with solar inverters, batteries and generators.
- Assist homeowners with the SLC app, Bluetooth pairing and data communications.
- Review panel schedules against Koolbridge guidelines and escalate code questions to engineering.
- Own support cases through the ticketing/CRM system and meet response targets.
- Escalate complex issues to engineering; coordinate returns and warranty claims.
- Maintain troubleshooting guides and training materials; share recurring issues with teams.
- Support training for Certified Installer Program and assist with on-site commissioning.
- Travel to 3-4 industry events per year and occasional field visits.
