Uniguest Inc. is seeking a Remote Technical Support Representative to assist customers across the United States in a 24/7/365 environment. You will troubleshoot Windows PCs, networking issues, and Uniguest software while guiding customers through solutions with patience and professionalism.

The role is fully remote, requires clear communication, and rewards problem-solving in a fast-paced team setting. Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience troubleshooting Windows PCs, common hardware issues, and printer functionality.
• Networking concepts including routers, switches, IP addressing, wired/wireless connectivity, and network printers.
• Strong verbal and written communication with ability to explain technical concepts to users of all levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
• Willingness to learn new products, systems, and tools quickly.
