Applied Materials, Inc. seeks a Senior TSE to provide remote and on-site technical support for DDP (CVD) products at customer sites, with 25–50% travel. You’ll lead escalations, develop action plans, perform root-cause analysis, and coach field engineers, while ensuring fleet performance and documentation.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
7+ years of experience with DDP products or similar.
Strong troubleshooting and data-driven problem solving.

Responsibilities

Provide technical escalations (remote & onsite) at customer sites for DDP (CVD) products.
Support and provide technical feedback to improve fleet performance and upgrades.
Create troubleshooting guides and technical documentation for FSOs and engineers.
On-site coaching and collaboration with field engineers; publish lessons learned.
Participate in NPI development early in the product life cycle.
