Job summary

Applied Materials, Inc. is seeking a skilled professional to support technical escalations and collaborate with field teams across multiple customer sites. You will help drive resolution, share best practices, and contribute to the development of advanced troubleshooting tools.

The role involves on-site coaching, participation in NPI activities, and frequent travel as needed to customer sites. A technical Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of DDP product experience are preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field.
7+ years of experience with Applied Materials DDP products or similar.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations and manage difficult problems.
Familiar with Microsoft Apps and internal tools such as SAP, VSPI and ARK.

Responsibilities

Support multiple technical escalations, resolving with focus on time to resolution and quality of work.
Attend customer field issues meetings with FSO; collaborate with BU engineers.
Recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services.
Publish Technical Lessons Learned, troubleshooting guides, and technical papers.
Provide on-site coaching to FSO.
Support NPI development early in the product life cycle, and at key customer sites.
Create or collaborate in creation of innovative advanced troubleshooting tools.
