Job summary

Experlogix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to tackle challenging software problems and support CPQ software integrations with ERP/CRM platforms. You’ll troubleshoot databases, web apps, and integrations while expanding your Microsoft technologies knowledge.

This is a remote role across the United States or Canada, offering collaboration with Engineering and Professional Services, ongoing technical training, and a focus on learning and customer success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support, application support, software development, IT support, or similar roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, NetSuite, or other ERP/CRM platforms is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL Server with basic to intermediate SQL.
• Working knowledge of web server technologies (IIS/Windows Server/Apache).
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, REST-based APIs.
• Exposure to OOP or scripting; .NET is a plus but learning is valued.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ownership.
• Experience configuring VMs and RDP connections.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain tech to non-tech
• Certifications in MS SQL, MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Azure, or CPQ are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Tier II escalations, delivering timely solutions for customer success.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot CPQ software, SQL Server databases, ERP/CRM integrations, and web applications.
• Collaborate with Product Development and Professional Services to resolve complex issues.
• Develop and maintain technical expertise in Experlogix products and Microsoft tech.
• Document troubleshooting steps, root causes, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and feedback to improve product quality and processes.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and knowledge sharing.
