We are seeking a highly motivated, resourceful, and detail-oriented Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Support Analyst to join our growing team.
In this role, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for manufacturing customers around the world, providing responsive, thoughtful, and technically informed support. Your customer portfolio will primarily consist of customers who have been using our system.
You will take ownership of incoming customer inquiries and technical issues, lead troubleshooting efforts, investigate system behavior and data, and leverage available documentation and resources to identify and communicate effective solutions.
