Job summary

ECI Software Solutions is seeking an Application Support Technician to join our swarm-driven support model and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will diagnose and resolve issues while collaborating with peers to share knowledge and address complex challenges.

You will provide frontline support via email, phone, or chat, stay current on ERP product functionality, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and requests. 4+ years in software support is preferred.

Qualifications

4+ years in software/application support, preferably ERP or related software.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a technical field.
Strong communication skills and ability to handle multiple tasks while focusing on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline support via email, phone, or chat and diagnose software issues to resolve customer requests.
