Job summary

Experlogix is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to troubleshoot CPQ software and integrations across ERP and CRM platforms. The role involves working with SQL Server, web technologies, and .NET, addressing customer issues, and collaborating with engineering and services teams.

You will develop hands-on technical skills in a remote environment across the US and Canada, supporting enterprise customers and expanding product knowledge while delivering exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in technical support, application support, software development, IT support, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical support resource for deployments and upgrades.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot CPQ software, SQL Server databases, ERP/CRM integrations, and web apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Build technical expertise in Experlogix products, Microsoft technologies, ERP systems, CRM platforms, and SQL Server.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the knowledge base.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest product/process improvements.
• Participate in ongoing technical training and knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues while owning customer communication.
