EOS is seeking a Technical Support Engineer - Metals to support Field Service Engineers and customers worldwide. This remote role emphasizes training, knowledge transfer, and ensuring high customer satisfaction across EOS.TECHNOLOGY offerings.

You will expand knowledge of EOS products, collaborate with teams, and travel as needed to customer sites to resolve issues and provide training. Strong diagnostics and communication skills are essential.

Competenze

• Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.
• Two to three years of experience servicing industrial equipment.
• Experience with MAGICS and/or SolidWorks preferred.

Mansioni

• Assist Field Service Engineers with technical knowledge transfer and training.
• Provide machine and ancillary device training to Field Service Engineers.
• Document issues, escalate when unresolved, and track service cases in C4C.
• Travel to customer sites as needed to support platforms.
• Collaborate with Regional Managers to dispatch technicians based on skill level.
