Job summary

EOS is seeking a Technical Support Engineer for Metals to remotely assist and train Field Service Engineers. You will resolve technical issues, document actions, and escalate where necessary while collaborating with global teams.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in industrial equipment service, knowledge of MAGICS or SolidWorks, and strong communication in English and German. Some travel and cross-site support are expected.

Qualifications

• Certified technician or skilled worker in electrical engineering technology.
• 2–3 years of experience servicing industrial equipment.
• Experience with MAGICS and/or SolidWorks preferred.
• Bilingual in English and German is a plus.
• Strong ability to interpret engineering instructions and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide machine and device training to Field Service Engineers.
• Resolve customer issues thoroughly and document actions taken.
• Escalate issues when needed and coordinate with regional teams.
• Assist with upgrades and equipment updates.
• Create self-help resources and training sessions for service staff.
