Job summary

TekWissen is seeking a technical support professional for a 12‑month remote assignment to assist exam delivery infrastructure. You will install, configure, test, and support test-center hardware, software, CCTV, and related systems in collaboration with NOC and VSS teams.

Requirements include 1–2 years of technical support with Windows, hardware, and customer service; proficiency with Windows 11 and Windows Server; basic TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP knowledge. CCTV support and CompTIA A+ are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of technical support experience with Windows applications, hardware, and customer service.
• Experience installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows 11 and Windows Server environments.
• Working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP for basic network troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, test, and support test-center hardware, software, CCTV equipment, and related systems.
• Coordinate deployments with NOC and VSS teams and resolve hardware, software, and basic network connectivity issues.
• Validate system readiness and document results, issues, and follow-up actions.
• Perform other related technical support duties and project activities as assigned.
