Job summary

PENN Interactive is seeking a Technical Sourcer to partner with HR, TA and engineering teams to build a robust pipeline of technical talent across the enterprise. You will influence decisions using competitive intel, metrics, and strategic sourcing plans.

The role supports remote work within the United States and Canada, aligned with Eastern Time hours, and is a temporary position slated through the end of 2026 with potential extension.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment (corporate and agency)
• Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
• Strong relationship management, candidate management, and sourcing skills
• Ability to understand technology stacks and their fit in product lines
• Out-of-the-box sourcing and candidate experience
• Track record of managing multiple searches simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Knowledge of ATS tools: UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Lever

About the Role & Team

As a Technical Sourcer you'll partner closely with HR, TA and various technical teams to help identify key talent needs across the enterprise. You will play a key role, helping shape the technical talent we bring into the business to deliver key results.

About the Work

• Working closely with the recruitment team, you will generate a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering roles and beyond.
• Liaising with technical recruitment and engineering hiring managers, you will be using competitive intel, funnel metrics and business intelligence to advise and influence decision making pertaining to technical talent.
• Brainstorming, planning, and implementing effective sourcing strategies, and utilizing sourcing channels such as social recruiting tools
• Liaising with technical recruitment and you will devise, refine and manage a sourcing plan for current and future staffing needs.
• Working with HRIS and ATS systems to build sourcing pipelines, review applicants and run reports and provide relevant data on performance metrics.
• Other duties as required.

About You

• 3+ Years experience in a fast-paced technical sourcing environment, ideally in both corporate and agency settings.
• Deep experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is required
• You have strong relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing skills.
• Ability to understand the nuances of different technology stacks and how they fit into the larger product lines within the organization.
• Out-of-the-box thinking when it comes to sourcing, candidate management, and candidate experience.
• You have a track record of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of tools like UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is a bonus.

Logistics

• Please note this is a temporary role that is slated to last through the end of 2026. Pending business need it may have the opportunity to extend.
• This role is open to remote work within United States and Canada, working in Eastern Standard time hours.
• Pay range listed is hourly.
