Job summary

Scalable Display Technologies is seeking a Technical Solutions Engineer to deploy, support, and optimize auto-calibration, edge blending, and image warping solutions for complex multi-projector displays. The role involves working with system integrators, consultants, and end users to ensure successful deployments and long-term customer satisfaction.

The position is listed as Cambridge, MA — in-person or remote (subject to relevant experience), full-time, with opportunities to travel domestically

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills.
Intellectually curious and enthusiastic about learning new technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally with reasonable advance notice.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate, deploy, support, and troubleshoot Scalable's software solutions in complex visualization and ProAV systems.
Serve as trusted technical advisor to customers, system integrators, consultants, and partners.
Perform remote and onsite installation, configuration, calibration, and troubleshooting of Scalable solutions.
Travel to customer sites to support deployments, upgrades, training, and issue resolution.
Document field observations and provide detailed debriefs after customer visits.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, and product teams to improve deployments.
