Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to design and deploy scalable integrations and API-driven solutions for enterprise customers.

You will partner with clients in discovery workshops, translate business needs into technical architectures, and drive end-to-end delivery with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability. This remote role supports US-based customers from a home office. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software development and systems integration.
• Hands-on experience designing and building RESTful APIs and integration solutions.
• Experience integrating SaaS platforms within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of systems architecture, scalable application design, and integration patterns.
• Proven experience working in customer-facing or consulting-oriented roles, including leading technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience leading technical projects from discovery and solution design through delivery and implementation.
• Experience with Smartsheet integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable software solutions and integration components using modern backend technologies such as Ruby, .NET, Node.js, Python, or Java.
• Architect and implement API-driven integrations between Smartsheet and enterprise third-party platforms.
• Partner directly with customers to lead technical discovery workshops, gather requirements, and define scalable integration architectures aligned with business goals.
• Act as a trusted technical consultant, translating complex business needs into clear technical solutions and implementation strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams during pre-sales and delivery phases, contributing to solution scoping, technical presentations, documentation, and architectural reviews.
• Drive end-to-end technical initiatives from solution design through implementation and deployment.
• Ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability, maintainability, performance, and security.
