Job summary

Concentrix in the United States seeks a Senior SaaS Solutions Architect (Ruby) to lead design and delivery of scalable, client-focused solutions using APIs and cloud technologies.

You will partner with customers, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams to turn business requirements into well-architected systems, mentoring others and ensuring quality from discovery to deployment. You will drive technical direction and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture or related roles.
• 2+ years leading customer-facing technical conversations.
• Hands-on in two+ languages such as Ruby, Python, Java, or Node.js.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and translate goals into scalable architectures.
• Design and deploy custom software using APIs and integrations.
• Create architecture documentation and implementation approaches.
• Advise customers on options, tradeoffs, and best practices.
• Mentor team members on architecture and delivery quality.
• Assess feasibility and effort for sales opportunities and SOWs.
• Manage project execution with timelines and risks.
• Build middleware and data-migration solutions.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to close gaps.
• Ensure customer outcomes and delivery excellence across engagements.
