Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to provide technical leadership and solution architecture to our channel partner community across North America. You will lead discovery, design, and demonstrations of storage and data protection solutions, including Zerto and Fibre Channel SAN, to accelerate opportunity closure.

This role requires broad enterprise storage knowledge and strong communication with partners, customers, and supplier teams.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of enterprise storage and infrastructure.
• Specialty expertise in storage-related areas such as Zerto, Fibre Channel SAN, backup and recovery, storage replication, cyber resiliency, or virtualization modernization.
• Ability to qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, requirements, budgets, and decision processes.
• Experience in leading architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.

Responsibilities

• Enable partners and drive technical sales engagements through discovery, architecture design, and demonstrations.
• Architect resilient storage and data protection solutions across multi-site data centers.
• Provide technical consultation, competitive positioning, and executive briefings to partners and customers.
• Collaborate with supplier teams, Arrow sales, partner managers, and engineers to drive revenue objectives.
• Deliver presentations and ensure alignment with business objectives and recovery targets.
