Job summary

Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect focused on North American channel partners and storage technologies. You will provide technical leadership, design resilient storage and virtualization solutions, and guide customers and partners through complex architecture choices.

The role emphasizes in-depth storage knowledge, disaster recovery, cyber resiliency, and compelling technical demonstrations to differentiate Arrow’s offerings.

Qualifications

• Broad knowledge of enterprise storage and infrastructure.
• Specialty in one or more storage-related areas such as Zerto, Fibre Channel SAN, backup and recovery, storage replication, cyber resiliency, or virtualization modernization.
• Must be able to qualify opportunities by understanding objectives, requirements, budget, and decision processes.
• Strong presentation, consulting, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, technical requirements, recovery objectives, and budget.
• Lead technical sales engagements including discovery, architecture design, sizing, workload assessment, demonstrations, and migration planning.
• Design and support Fibre Channel SAN environments, storage networking, replication, and high-availability architectures.
• Architect backup, recovery, cyber resiliency, and disaster recovery solutions aligned to customer objectives.
• Deliver technical presentations and briefings to partners, customers, and stakeholders.
