Arrow Electronics is seeking a Technical Solutions Architect to lead storage architecture and technical sales across North America. You will design multi-site storage solutions, drive demonstrations, and provide guidance to Arrow's channel partners, sales teams, customers, and suppliers.

The role emphasizes expertise in enterprise storage, data protection, virtualization, and DR/BC planning, with obligations to present to executives and stakeholders.

Formación

• Broad knowledge of enterprise storage and infrastructure.
• Specialty in storage-related areas (e.g., Zerto, Fibre Channel SAN, backup/recovery, replication, cyber resiliency, virtualization).
• Ability to qualify opportunities by understanding objectives, requirements, budget and decision processes.

Responsabilidades

• Qualify opportunities by understanding customer objectives, technical requirements, and decision criteria.
• Lead technical sales engagements from discovery to architecture design and demonstrations.
• Design and support Fibre Channel SAN environments and storage networking.
• Architect backup, recovery, cyber resiliency, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations and executive briefings to partners and customers.
• Collaborate with supplier teams and field teams to drive revenue objectives.
