Job summary

Airsys is seeking a Technical Services Specialist to independently manage complex technical support cases, warranty adjudications, and field commissioning oversight for mission-critical HVAC products.

You will train technicians, author documentation, and coordinate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality teams. Occasional on-call support and travel are required; compensation includes a standby stipend and occasional discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technical-support or field-service experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and customer-relations skills.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.
• HVAC controls or service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage warranty claims, spare-parts approvals, and replacements within limits.
• Provide remote diagnostics and expert guidance to technicians.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Supply Chain, and QA teams.
