AIRSYS USA is seeking an experienced HVAC Technical Services Specialist to deliver advanced technical support for AIRSYS products and manage complex service cases. The role collaborates with Engineering, Quality, and R&D to improve products and service processes.

This remote position requires domestic travel (50-60%), with on-site visits to customers as needed. Based in Las Vegas or Phoenix is ideal, supporting contractors, distributors, and customers across the region.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible technical-support, HVAC-service, or field-service experience.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot complex problems and exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent communication and customer-relations skills; able to explain technical information clearly.

Aufgaben

• Independently manage and resolve complex technical-support and field-service cases for AIRSYS cooling products.
• Provide remote diagnostics and technical guidance to field technicians, contractors, distributors, and customers.
• Evaluate warranty claims, determine coverage, and coordinate replacements within authority levels.
• Develop and maintain technical manuals, service bulletins, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
• Translate technical information into practical guidance for internal teams and external partners.
