Job summary

Tigercat is seeking a Remote Service Trainer to design, develop, and deliver training programs for employees and dealer staff in a manufacturing setting. The role includes virtual, in-class, or hands-on instruction and requires preparing instructional materials, fostering a positive learning environment, and evaluating learners.

Responsibilities include needs analyses, ensuring compliance, and updating training with product and regulatory changes. Travel locally and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering training to employees in manufacturing, machine operation, or related areas.
• Familiarity with new product features, troubleshooting and repair training.
• Willingness to travel locally and internationally, passport and vaccination status helpful.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain and deliver in-house training programs.
• Conduct training needs analyses to meet compulsory compliance.
• Stay updated on legislative and product changes to adapt training materials.
