Aldevron is seeking a motivated sales professional to join the North American Sales Team. This fully remote role focuses on building relationships with clients in the life sciences industry and driving business growth in the Central Massachusetts territory.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of molecular biology and a proven sales track record. The position offers a competitive salary range of $145,000–$175,000, plus bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing sales role in life sciences.
• Broad technical understanding in molecular and cell biology.
• At least 1 year of sales experience for Contract Development or Contract Manufacturing Organizations.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with existing clients.
• Identify and close new business opportunities in assigned territory.
• Provide forecasts and manage opportunity data in CRM.
