• BS degree in a technical field; 8+ years experience may substitute.
• 5+ years in B2B sales; aerospace domain preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and collaborate with engineers.
• Customer-centric mindset with strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit prospective and existing accounts to identify seal applications and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare pricing proposals and discuss pricing strategy with customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive projects and new business.
• Present product capabilities and negotiate with strategic customers.
