Parse Biosciences, a QIAGEN company, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for Growth Accounts to drive single cell RNA sequencing product sales across academic, biotech, and pharmaceutical accounts in the United States. This remote role requires strong technical and sales acumen, the ability to build relationships, and a track record of over-achieving targets.

You will travel up to 50% and collaborate with Field Application Scientists and prospecting specialists to accelerate growth in named key

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of field sales experience in NGS or genomics-related products or services, including account management and new business development.
• Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (local, national, international as needed).

Responsibilities

• Generate and manage high volume and large complex sales.
• Develop, maintain, and grow repeat business while maintaining strong relationships.
• Prospect effectively to build immediate, medium, and long-term pipelines to meet quotas.
• Negotiate and close deals with minimal discounting.
• Communicate technical advantages to customers and update stakeholders.

Education

Bachelor's in biology/genomics

Master's or PhD is a plus
