Job summary

Jergens, Inc. is seeking a Remote Eastern Territory Technical Sales Manager to cover WI, Northern IL, IN, MI, OH and neighboring states.

The role focuses on selling workholding solutions to manufacturing customers while understanding customer operations and delivering engineered solutions. The position offers a base salary in the $90,000–$120,000 range with a quarterly bonus and requires 2+ years of sales in manufacturing, CAD proficiency and travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or sales.
• Must understand workholding equipment and competitive market.
• 5+ years of 3D CAD experience (prefer SolidWorks).
• 5+ years of fixture design experience for milling machines (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs and align with company products and services.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers.
• Develop and execute a sales territory strategy for growth and profitability.
• Identify and target new accounts; retain existing accounts through value and service.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives; implement new programs in the territory.
• Keep management informed of issues and market changes; manage records and reports.
