Qualifications

• 5+ years of sales leadership experience managing remote W2 employees across multiple U.S. regions.
• Experience leading regional or national sales teams within industrial manufacturing, automation, sensing or engineered products.
• Proven track record of annual sales bookings or revenue exceeding $5 million.
• Strong pipeline management and forecasting discipline.
• Experience developing new business and expanding strategic customer relationships.
• Experience utilizing CRM for forecasting and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers and sales professionals across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings performance, and new business development throughout the Americas region.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, quota attainment, and budget performance.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Drive accountability and performance management across the sales organization.
• Lead significant commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support customer growth and product adoption.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging business opportunities to support strategic planning.
