Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) seeks a Technical Sales Team Leader to drive growth across the United States and broader Americas.

You will lead a remote team of regional sales managers and field sales professionals, coordinating with engineering, product management, marketing, and customer success to win strategic opportunities. The ideal candidate has a proven industrial sales background, experience managing remote teams, and a track record of meeting or exceeding quota and revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field as a minimum requirement.
• Proven experience leading remote sales teams across multiple U.S. regions.
• Experience driving quota attainment and revenue growth in industrial manufacturing or sensing environments.
• Strong negotiation and forecasting capabilities with CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a remote team of Regional Sales Managers and sales professionals across the United States.
• Drive revenue growth, bookings performance, and new business development in the Americas.
• Establish and execute regional sales strategies aligned with company growth objectives.
• Manage sales forecasting, pipeline reviews, quota attainment, and budget performance.
• Expand relationships with OEMs, industrial customers, distributors, and strategic accounts.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets and applications.
• Drive accountability and performance management across the sales organization.
• Lead significant commercial negotiations and strategic customer engagements.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to support growth.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities for strategic planning.
