Job summary

ELPRO is seeking a Project Manager & Technical Sales Engineer to drive real‑time cold chain monitoring opportunities in North America. You will manage end‑to‑end deployments, coordinate with engineering, sales, and clients, and contribute to RFIs/RFPs, ensuring solutions align with customer requirements.

You will become proficient in ELPRO’s software platforms and support sales with technical demonstrations, workshops, and tailored proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience in project management, technical sales, or consulting in cold chain or life sciences.
• Strong RFIs/RFPs understanding and technical solution selling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; translate technical concepts to business value.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end implementation of real‑time cold chain monitoring solutions, delivering on time and within scope.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, sales, client stakeholders) to align objectives.
• Define and track project KPIs for continuous improvement.
• Serve as internal product and technical expert; enable sales with demos and workshops.
• Translate customer requirements into technical solutions, proposals, and scopes.
• Assist Sales in crafting customized solutions and pricing models.
