Qualifications
- Minimum of BSEE or equivalent.
- Minimum of 10 years related experience.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with customers and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage opportunities with Technical Sales Engineer support via Salesforce.
- Win design opportunities with the ADLINK sales team, including travel for onsite meetings.
- Create customer-facing presentations and technical content; not to be generated by Sales.
- Provide detailed technical support with the PSM team when needed.
- Lead hardware design activities from prototype to production during NPI.
