Job summary

Copeland is seeking an Account Executive to join the In Transit Monitoring Sales team. You will drive temperature monitoring solutions for national restaurant chains, food producers, and other temperature-sensitive shipments, focusing on the Cargo Solutions line.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience or progression in responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales and growth targets for Copeland’s In Transit Monitoring portfolio.
• Develop and nurture relationships with National Chain Accounts and senior executives.
• Analyze market conditions and communicate insights to product and sales teams.
• Proactively develop relationships and implement strategic sales plans.
• Maintain organized pipeline in Salesforce and collaborate with cross‑functional partners.
• Share knowledge and train others as needed.
• Negotiate pricing agreements with accounts.
