Qualifications

• Associate / bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 2+ years of recruiting search / sourcing experience (corporate or agency).
• Strong English and Spanish skills are a plus.
• Experience sourcing technical roles and building pipelines.
• Proficiency in Boolean search and talent mapping.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and deliver shortlists for technical roles.
• Build talent pipelines through networking with local communities.
• Partner with recruiters to clarify role requirements.
• Engage passive candidates with outreach and EVP.
• Maintain accurate data in ATS/CRM and track trends.
• Execute multi-channel sourcing to drive quality submittals.
