Job summary

Autumn Plott Recruiting is seeking a motivated IT Recruiting Sourcer to join our remote team. You will locate passive candidates for client IT roles, reach out to prospects, and provide recommendations to senior IT recruiters, using social media and professional networks to assess fit.

You will act as the main contact for candidates, review resumes, conduct introductory interviews, and build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Identify and interact with potential passive candidates via social media and professional networks.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct introductory interviews, and pass potential candidates on the assigned recruiter.
• Maintain both relationships with potential candidates for specific positions and pipelined candidates and the recruiting team.
• Help develop talent pipelines and related lists.
• Exposure to IT related jobs.
• Basic knowledge of Boolean strings and other searching techniques.
• Strong relationship-building and management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with a CMS- content management system (preferred).
• Strong sense of accountability and ability to self-manage.

You must also be able to confidently determine if potential candidates match the technical and cultural requirements of each role.
