Job summary

TRM Labs is seeking a Technical Recruiting Manager to lead and elevate our technical recruiting function. You will recruit engineers, data scientists, security researchers, and applied AI talent, building a scalable, high-impact team capable of delivering for a fast-moving, high-growth company.

You will coach recruiters, own sourcing strategy, and partner with executives to forecast hiring plans while driving speed, quality, and data integrity across the funnel.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical recruiting experience
• 4+ years managing high growth teams
• Proven ability to hire for complex technical roles
• Coaching recruiters and raising execution quality
• Strategic thinker with prioritization and stakeholder alignment
• Operationally excellent with recruiting tools, dashboards, and workflows
• Clear, concise communicator with execs and distributed teams

Responsibilities

• Manage and coach a team of technical recruiters
• Oversee delivery of high-priority engineering and technical roles
