Job summary

TRM Labs is hiring a Team Lead, Sales Recruiter to own high-impact searches across the global Sales organization. You will mentor the pod, manage your own requisitions, and drive operating rhythms, retros, and improvements to elevate recruiting outcomes.

You'll partner with executive stakeholders, shape sourcing strategies, and build market maps to accelerate hiring for senior leadership roles in technology, fintech, crypto, and financial services sectors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruiting experience, with 7+ years owning senior GTM and Sales leadership searches in high-growth tech companies.
• Experience leading or setting direction for a recruiting pod including running hiring syncs and driving team experimentation.
• Proven ability to own team cadence, process rollouts, retros, and decision docs for a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Director+ Sales leadership searches across TRM's global Sales organization.
• Advise executives on market dynamics, candidate calibration, hiring strategy, and closing approaches.
• Build targeted sourcing strategies to identify and close top Sales talent from tech, fintech, crypto, public sector, and financial services.
